We’re here to support you as soon as you need us. Our funeral directors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide guidance and help you understand the next steps. Whether a death occurs at home, in hospital or in aged care, we can help arrange the necessary transport and funeral arrangements with care and dignity.
Do you offer both burial and cremation services?
Yes. We provide both burial and cremation services and can help you choose an arrangement that reflects your loved one’s wishes and your family’s needs. We can guide you through the options, including the funeral service, cemetery or crematorium arrangements, and any additional personal touches you may wish to include.
Can we personalise the funeral service?
Yes. Every person and family is different, and we believe a funeral should reflect the life and personality of the person being remembered. We can help you personalise the service through music, readings, photographs, videos, meaningful tributes, flowers, locations and other elements that help create a fitting farewell.
Do you offer funeral pre-planning and prepaid funerals?
Yes. We can help you plan your funeral in advance, giving you the opportunity to discuss your wishes and make important decisions before they are needed. Pre-planning can provide peace of mind for you and your family. We can also explain the options available for prepaid funeral arrangements.

Our funeral directors will guide you through the paperwork and explain what is needed. We can assist with the necessary arrangements and help make the process as straightforward as possible.
Can you come to our home to make funeral arrangements?
Yes. We understand that visiting a funeral home may not always be convenient or comfortable, particularly immediately after a loved one has passed away. Where appropriate, we can arrange to meet with you at your home or another suitable location to discuss the funeral arrangements and your family's wishes.
Do we have to have a religious funeral?
No. A funeral does not have to be religious. We can help arrange a funeral that reflects your loved one's beliefs, values and wishes, whether that is a traditional religious service, a non-religious ceremony or a personalised celebration of life. We will work with you to create a meaningful and respectful farewell.
How much does a funeral cost?
The cost of a funeral can vary depending on the type of service and the arrangements chosen. Burial, cremation, location, transportation, flowers, celebrant or clergy, stationery and other personal choices can all affect the overall cost.
